a) Information You Provide Directly

• Phone Number — to contact you about your booking, confirm dates, and provide updates.
• Email Address — to send booking confirmations, invoices, and notifications.
• Event Date & Venue — to plan and schedule our services at your location.
• Event Type — (e.g., Wedding, Reception, Birthday, Temple Festival) to prepare the right setup.
• Notes / Special Requests — any additional instructions you provide during booking.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Browser & Device Information — browser type, operating system, screen size (for display optimization).
• IP Address — automatically logged by our hosting servers for security monitoring.
• Session Cookies — used only to keep you logged in during your visit (no tracking or advertising cookies).

c) Google Sign-In (OAuth)

• If you use "Sign in with Google," we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create your account. We do not receive your Google password.

We use your personal information only for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To confirm and manage your event booking — schedule, prepare materials, and assign our team.
• To contact you regarding your upcoming event — reminders, updates, and coordination.
• To generate and send invoices / bills for services rendered.
• To maintain a booking history for service continuity and follow-up support.
• To improve our website — understand how pages are used and resolve technical issues.
• To respond to your enquiries made via our contact or booking form.
• We do NOT use your data for third-party marketing, advertising, or selling purposes.
• We do NOT use your data for automated profiling or automated decision-making.

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database), hosted on servers in compliance with standard cloud security practices.
• All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS.
• Access to customer data within our admin system is protected by role-based access control — only authorized staff can view booking details.
• We do not store your payment card details. Any advance payments are handled in-person or via UPI/bank transfer directly and are not stored as card data on our system.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Within our team — staff and crew responsible for setting up your event may see the event name, date, venue, and item list (not personal financial details).
• Service providers — we use Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (web hosting). These platforms process data strictly as infrastructure providers bound by privacy agreements.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.

• Booking and billing records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the event date for business accounting, tax compliance, and legal verification purposes.
• If you request deletion of your account or data, we will remove your personal contact details (name, phone, email) from our active systems within 30 days, while retaining anonymized transaction records required for legal compliance.

As a user of our website, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data (subject to statutory record-keeping obligations).
• Right to Object — Object to processing of your personal data where applicable.
